The CO2 vs Fiber Mistake That Cost Us a Rework (and What It Taught Me About Transparency)

A while back, a support ticket came in that had absolutely nothing to do with manufacturing. If a part is made of mixed materials, or if the engraving compromises recyclability, that claim could get you in trouble.
